This Martin D-28 belongs to @john_prine. It’s the one he played for years and years. All those early favorites were written on this guitar, which means holding and playing it was like Christmas and my birthday rolled into one. Oh, and like finding a $100 dollar bill too, which I once did in the rental house where I first heard John Prine more than 30 years ago. I’m just glad he left the front door open when he and @fprine went out for lunch. I couldn’t hide in the bushes for much longer.
