Starting to record the audio book

I’m recording the audiobook for The Hardest Job in the World at home because all the studios are closed, due to Covd-19. I’ve had to build a tent fort in my bedroom using the curtains. It reminds me of my first bedroom. I had two beds. I stretched a sheet between them and made a fort. In summertime, I put a fan at the end and blew the sheet up like a parachute. I dreamed one day I would produce my own hot air under cover for sale in audiobook form. What a country.

This is what it looks like inside:

Thank you for this clip, John! Imagine what our country would be like if every president, and perhaps especially our current one, had followed this example. Of course that would require a deeper self-awareness and humility.

  2. John, why don’t you run for elected office? We need people like you — who tell the truth, who act with integrity and who are compassionate. I would vote for your in a heartbeat!

    Stay well,
    Jean

    1. Alas, I have not. It would have thrown the production process too much to start adding sentence and paragraphs.
